individual first aid kit

An ACE bandage is pretty handy for those sprained ankes, but I've also started carrying the ACE ankle brace...a little smaller and it's come in handy a couple times. A twisted ankle sucks and really screws up the family hike:mad:

As long as it is not too tight whn applied, as to cut off circulation to the injured extremity.:thumbup:
