I've been a vegetarian for a little over a year now, but these pictures of meat and steel make me drool all over the place....however, I think 5 exclamation marks for the thread title is a little exaggerated!!!!!

I've been afraid to admit on here that I'm a vegan. Been one for 15 years. I guess I can post some Busse/tofu pics but they might not get appreciated.

One of the best cookies I've ever had was a vegan cookie from Strawberry Fields in Urbana, IL.

Those of us that don't drink feel your anxiety hahaha

Got my first Busse form Idsabinadi and stropped the convex to a nice mirror with five different levels of diamond lapping paste from 40um to 1.5um.

Making Superbowl Jambalaya Basic4 style...

Then some andouille and chicken...

Add shrimp and into the oven...

And she is finished, time to eat!
