Andy I had no idea kangaroo was edible. Whats it taste like?

Tonight I had chicken quesadilla from my local Mexican place.

Kangaroo is a very rich red meat that is very very low in fat and cholesterol. It is in fact recommended by heart surgeons for folks who have had a transplant etc but who want to enjoy red meat. (The steak above is cow ;) )

Cool, I bet it would be hard to come by in the states so I guess Ill try it when I take the long flight. :D
 
I could mail you some..... I suspect you would smell the postman coming long before he arrived though.... ;)

I should add that Kangaroo has become very mainstream here. Lots of restaurants serve it and my local supermarket has a whole section for it... :D

Thats pretty cool, I assume its being farmed, or are there "contracted" hunters?
