I've dealt with them once or twice in recent months with very good results. They had the best price anywhere on the items I wanted.
Placed an email order on 6/17 and received my order confirmation within minutes but nothing since. No CC charge, no response to emails and all I get when I call is voicemail.
Web site says to allow approximately one week for item to arrive so maybe I'm wondering for nothing. Last transaction was here in seven days but I also received emails concerning it's progress well before it arrived. Anyone else experincing this now or in the past?
