Infraction Levels

Well, it's the end of the month, and I still have a couple "sassin' the mods" infractions left in my basket, so if you want one, please let me know.:D.:D.

Actually, in real-life, I'm not really that much of a jerk, but here on the forums, I have to keep up a front as a hard-ass...you know...The good old "good cop, bad cop" thing...(I play the bad cop, Cougar plays the good cop.:D.:D.). Please don't let on to anyone that I'm really just a nice guy, trying to enforce the rules that Spark has set for everyone to follow.:D.

I think that the reason why (you) see (me) issuing so many warnings/infractions is that I spend ALOT of time here at BladeForums, so I have alot of opportunity to notice folks who choose to ignore or not read the posted rules.

I know...I need to get a life, but I'm so poor that I can't afford to buy me a life.:D.:D.

Glockman - Thanks for the reply. Like I said, I'm not picking a fight, and I'm done complaining. Thanks for the frank explanation. I guess I thought getting a warning was more serious than it is, so I felt it was a little harsh. It's easy to misunderstand someone's intent when you're reading typewritten text. I'm sorry for misjudging you. By the way, my wife thinks I spend too much time on here too, so I'm in no place to judge! ;)

I do understand you guys have a tough job, and it's nice to have a well maintained place to discuss knives - thanks for all you do.

You are just fine where you are now ,from what I have seen you seem to be fair and your replies are not curt but once you get into whine and cheese mode you do change just a little :-))
 
Seriously, Glockman is bustin' ass day in and day out to make the Exchange work, and he only bites people who deserve it. (People who don't listen to warnings, usually. There are always a few....)
