Yvsa - who knows.....maybe this is what we need.......? The occasional irritable post by Ken really can't be that bad. Especially since we now know pretty much what to expect.

DFTT - right?
Dan, don't understand DFTT.

As far as Ken goes... yea you might be right.
But Ken has pulled this crap many times although not as bad in my eyes and I have defended what I thought was his base belief's and have been a friend to Ken.
And Ken has always seen the error of his ways and came back and apologized.
This time he has overstepped his boundaries with me personally and if Ken should come back and apologize for this diatribe it will count for naught AFAIC personally.
When I'm done with someone then I am done with them And I am Done with Ken!
As Bill says, "Any forumite is welcome to think as he sees fit and is free to buy or not to buy." and I'm fine with that but when a man comes saying that every time he looks at his HI products he is going to in his own word's.

"EVERY TIME I LOOK AT MY KHUKS NOW I WILL THINK OF THE INJUSTICE DONE BY BIGHORKA.

a pity pala and bill think this is ok to sack the innocent along with the guilty .

i thought you were better than that bill. regards ken
That Sucks."
Ken has no right to judge Bill AFAIC as the advice he got from most was in a similar vein.
If I were Ken and felt the same way I would take all of my HI products and throw them in a river or some other place they wouldn't likely to be found and used again.
That way I wouldn't have to ever think of the unpleasentness ever again.
I would also never grace this forum with my presence again, but that's me. Ken's MMV.

NW Ohio is almost indistinuishable from Dakota. Nothing between you and the north Pole except plains. Burrrrr!!! Move to sunny Dayton. Nasty can show you around.

We're close to the lake too. Its already getting too cold here for me. I like Dayton though. Car broke down there one time and I wandered around while it got fixed.

I am truly sorry that all people involved in this incident had to be disciplined so hard, but someone has to lower the boom. Laws are passed everyday that are fair to most, but unfair to a few. I would have preferred a reduction in pay or suspension to make the point, since the life over there is so hard compared to our lives. Injustice exists everywhere, even in the good old USA.
I think your decision to not support HI only further hurts the people in Nepal. Try to see it from their point of view and what they need to do to get things to work right. I guess the thinking these days is that any punishment is too much, that is why we have the problems today. Lack of commitment and resolution through action is the new age thinking path to chaos.
Please re-think your decision for the sake of the people in Nepal and don't think it is easy for Uncle Bill to make these decisions, especially now.
Best of luck.

What, you thought what you had to say was so important that you had to post it twice :p :D

Having seen Ken's attempts at sharpening khuk's, I hope he's serious about leaving them alone from now on ;)

Yvsa - DFTT is another one of those KMMVs.....:D (Ken's Mileage May Vary) :p

DFTT = Dont Feed The Troll

Tom - I was raised along the North Shore. I went around the world a couple of times, then settled here as it's close enough to go help Mom, but far enough south to avoid most of the real weather up there. Horrid stuff...

WHY IS IT EVERY TIME SOME ONE DISSAGREES WITH A DECISION HERE,YOU GET CALLED A TROLL,NAMES CALLED AT YOU ,BELITTLED AND ON AND ON.

i am not a troll nor did i post this to cause trouble, i merely stated quite rationaly that i was upset to see the innocent punished along with the guilty.

bura was the one in charge, and he gets punished by losing pay,but all the helpers lose there livelyhood ?????. as i said wheres the justice in that ????.

they should all have been treated the same lost pay and given another chance especialy as they didant know who the guilty party was.

SO COME ON GUYS GET REAL, AND DONT PERSONNALY ATTACK SOMEONE JUST BECAUSE THEY VOICE THERE OPINION, thanks

i dont see bill attacking me personaly, as i didant attack bill personaly for the same reason, i just felt it was a great injustice the way things were done. regards ken

psas for the kraken-up id i forgot my password for kraken so signend up as kraken-up quite openly as rusty said and for no other reason. so please dont attack people for just voicing there honest opinions, the persons who did this here are acting like trolls, allthough i have no doughbt whatsoever they arent, they just get defensive of bill, they need to think before putting fingers to keyboard and name calling. i merely stated i would not be buying khuks anymore until i thought that the injustice had been righted,as every time i looked at my khuks i would think of the helpers and there poor familys who did no wrong

I completely disagree with you, Ken. It was not an easy decision, but it was the proper one.

thanks raghorn for your courteous reply, i respect that you dont aggree, but i dont think it was the right decision,

i think a fairer decision would have been to fine them all as the guilty one was not known, THINK OF THE POOR HELPERS FAMILIES the innocent ones i mean. regards ken

AND YES I TOTALY AGREE I WOULD HAVE HATED TO BE IN BILLS PLACE HAVING TO SORT THAT OUT.

Personally I think that everything to be said has already been said. Time to let this thread die off and wither away.

i offer no apology as i meant what i said, and stick by it, so lets let this thread end as rusty said. :(

his helpers should have been made to own up as to who the guilty one was, and then he alone should have been sacked.

What would you do, use the thumb rack to extract a confession; BTW, what would I do with a handful of helpers, if the principle they were helping is no longer there?

You are either a troll or very foolish.

Bill did what he had to do to protect his company, his customers, and his employees. If you have a problem with that, then so be it.

Back before the war, when my wife's family owned the big plantation, when one of the niggrahs ran off, they all got whipped. Very few ever tried to leave until the Yankees came down and opened the gates.

That does it!

This thread is locked while I cool down and to preserve the evidence.
