  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

Inkosi challenge

I finished my 30 day challenge in the Inkosi Appreciation thread yesterday

But I'm still wearing it today, and probably will for the foreseeable future. But my right front and left front or cargo pocket carry will rotate. I'm supposed to upgrade to a magnacut blade around April, so it will gone for a little bit. But I can go back to my PJ Inkosi, or my Small PJ Sebenza while it's out. I have like 3 CRK users and 6 safe queens, sue me 😂

PS: I find myself not unhappy at all with a both small and a large Inkosi in a measly S35VN, though. It stays sharp for a good while, and strops back easily. I have not yet had to take one to diamond or stone in a couple of years - partly because they only get about 20-30 days a year in the rotation.

Kettleman was on the list for a Magnacut re-blade before I stol... er bought it off him; and CRK is going to leave it in his name, but let me send it in and receive it when it's ready in April. I'm still going to do that.

I agree. I have a few knives in the newer super steels, and while the newer steels may hold an edge longer, for my purposes the S35VN has just about the right balance of toughness, and edge retention. And it's easy to sharpen.
