Inova/Nite Ize Customer service

Has anyone had any experience with Inova customer service? I just sent in an X-1 for repairs and so far I have no complaints about the speed that they replied to my initial questions about sending it in for service.

That's rather surprising. Inova's customer service pretty much went in the toilet when Nite-Ize bought the company.

I've had great customer service experience with nite-ize/Inova.

Good communication, great resolution. No complaints.
