Where could I get this dye powder? And what epoxy do you use? West systems seems popular

I use G/flex by West Systems. They have an interesting article on their website about testing different colorants in their epoxy. My take-away was that you can use just about anything if it comprises 5% or less of the total epoxy volume. I bought a small set of artist oil paints on the suggestion of Johnny Stout and have been having very good results. That one set will probably last my lifetime considering the tiny amount it takes to color epoxy.
