Please excuse the amateur question,but would this be
considered a Bowie of sorts?

Also,am I the only one who thinks this baby would also
look amazing as a Full Height Convex Ground,Double Cut,
with GEN 1 Black Micarta scales? (like that would ever happen)
Or would rust be an issue with DC SR-101?

The CG version is going to look nice as well!

I remember Busse on a forum asking what people would like to see in new knife models.

I said a 6 inch RMD with a satin blade and G10 handle.

Looks like my dream became a reality.

I would love to see the ORIGINAL RMD satin and black paper.

I was very excited when I clicked the link but was very shocked at that crazy looking thing.

The lines on the blade look great. Not so sure about the top guard ... wonder if that feature came from a military model? Is this possibly the civilian version of CG mil exclusive?

Ditto. I like everything about it except the top guard and that it's not coated. I don't need a fighting knife. Maybe I'll just have my Chopweiler convexed. However, the more I look at the RMDx the more it grows on me, and I've been looking at it a lot.
