his iOffer listings are under the name: Wei Jiang

the email address he uses: billsky099@yahoo.com

money taken, and the only excuses offered for non-delivery were:

1) it's snowing too much over here...
2) we have many holidays....
3) customs have the items...

DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS DEADBEAT...OR iOffer for that
matter - they have been USELESS in helping to resolve the issue, and
refuse to post the negative feedback for the seller...

I filed report with PayPal a couple of weeks ago...it's in the 30 day investigation phase - the seller can't prove the goods ever left mainland China so we'll see what PayPal comes up with...
