Swipe the preview window up off the top of the screen and it is closed. This took me some playing around too.

I like IOS 7 so far. Nice feature additions and I like the simplistic look and thin fonts.
 
AHHHHH NICE, thanks! took me forever to discover the split KB on the Ipad too.. lol
 
You can use multiple fingers to close multiple apps at the same time too
 
just got my iPhone 5s today and it is quite spectacular so far. i can see a difference in speed already, still not liking the iOS though
 
So anyone install iOS7 on a 4s??? Curious of the chips in the 4s can deal with the new software ok or not...

I did. It is as ugly as on a 5s, 5c or 5. Still, it's functionnal and in 2 days of use, I haven't noticed any battery shortcomings.

I'm far from an Iphone pro tho.

I'm using a 4s. Seems like it's functioning fine for the most part, though I have noticed a couple instances or lag or temporary freezing. That said, it still works about as good, if not better in some cases, as iOS 6 on my 4s.

This is my opinion as well. My phone's hotspot feature has never worked for WiFi, only Bluetooth, which irritates me greatly... Every time I bring it in to the Apple store it works - they must have repeaters there or something. The "geniuses" just shrug their shoulders. Last iPhone I ever buy.

Anymore updates on battery life on iphone 4s with iOS7 installed? That or opening new apps causing lag/pausing???

Hotspots.. hmmm doesn't that cost extra anyway? I never tried to use it.

Any popular apps not working the same??? Netflix etc.. Thanks again.. I'm reluctant to install iOS7 on my 4s.. I'll wait to get a 5s til the kinks are out in a month or 2.. til then.. curious to see how things go.

Personally, I like it alot. Everything feels quite a bit smoother.
EDIT: To Sloth357, I have it installed on my iPhone 4s and Netflix still works fine for me. Along with all my other apps. But I don't have ALOT of apps nor have I done extensive testing by any means. As to the battery life, I'm not sure if there's a difference or not.

This always happens. They put out a new iOS and within a week or so, every app need an update.

Just wait and do 'em all at once on wifi overnight.
 
There are apparently at least a couple different security issues (so far) with iOS7 that allow anybody to bypass your lockscreen and access various parts and functions of your device. If you're worried about that, you might want to wait until they fix these issues before updating.
 
I personally don't like it, a little too colorful for me. There are some features that I really like though, such as the new lock screen and the call/text blocking. I'll be sticking to my jailbroken Ios 6 for awhile though....
