Is anyone else still waiting for their Scrap Yard 1311?

I ordered mine 10/29/12 and still haven't received it.
That's over three months! :confused:
Renee says it is still coming.
Is anyone else here besides me still waiting?
Just curious...
 
Sorry your wait time has been so long =(. I haven't ordered anything directly from any of the major companies in a while so I don't know what the usual wait times are or if any are still waiting. You'll love it when it gets to you though:

waiting here still as well

but i asked to be put on the end of the list. they said that would be about 16 weeks.
so i guess i will get mine end of february beginning of march
 
I ordered same day you did Pete. No joy yet for me either.
I have 16 weeks being next week according to my calendar. Can't wait!
 
The sad thing is that bullets are starting to take this long to ship/receive, too. When you do get your 1311, please post some pics!
 
That's weird because I got an extra one in the mail addressed to some guy named Pete. :confused: Naturally, I beat the crap out of it. "MY" knife is still mint... :D

Ordered at the very end of September....just got the notice on Monday that it was ready.
 
I'm awaiting my second order batch. Couldn't resist a few more while placing an order for a few 411's close to the cut off date of the 1311.
 
Well, I am still mysteriously waiting for mine.




Of course, that is probably due to the fact that I did not order one. Which is always a sad thing!
 
I also ordered at the end.
I emailed Renee a couple weeks ago. She wrote back that they had gotten backed up because of a large military run. She said it would a few more weeks.
2 days later my CC got dinged..............patiently waiting:)
 
I ordered a second one at about the last possible moment, it has not shipped but is paid for via proactive MO. A recent e-mail to Renee was answered quickly that mine will be ready in a "few weeks.". Like the INFImous 2 weeks, only potentially longer. But I did order it w/ my JYD # onboard (just like my first), so if I need wait loger than others, that's fine by me.
 
I ordered 10 of em in 4 seperate orders. Still waiting on my last order too:)
 
Borderline insanity. While the 1311 is a great mini-machete, the wait time is truly unacceptable. There are other choices out there that are readily available while not having to wait too many days. I am sure they are shooting themselves in the foot with respect to some customers with patience issues. Reminds me of the Randall days...even those guys took their sweet time but that product was a custom knife from start to finish. Could it be that Dan needs to snag a few more machinists?

That being said, the 1311 is still the best thing ever to come out of the dog mill.
