Try emailing Josh again, or the ladies in Customer Service. Josh, Lexi, or Pokey should respond pretty quickly. All of us have had to wait at one time or another, but we still believe in Bussekin products.....they are worth the wait! Good luck!

I joined the forum cause I typed in swamp rat custumer service and these threads popped up with people having the same negative experiences Im having. I left hindsight a message and no answer. you guys are getting rude and whiny not me. Dont be so offended, Im sure swamp rat is bigger and big enough to maybe try and bring waits down to the ETA listed on the site. Sorry if my opinion dosent make sense to you or hurts your feelings.

Hurt my feelings? Nope. I don't seem to have the troubles you have. Maybe that's because I get the answers I'm looking for instead of complaining somewhere, even if that means resending the occasional email to get them. Or maybe it's because I'm patient.

Rude & whiny, eh? You have 27 posts on BladeForums currently. Out of those 27 posts, you have 14 posts on the Swamp Rat forum, and 3 here... Out of those 17, 15 are rather whiny, and one is a not so apologetic apology. Tell ya what. Try calling Busse customer service on Monday @ 419.923.6471. See if you can get your answers from the source so that we here don't have to hear about it anymore, OK? Thank you.

I typed swamp rat custumer service into google and the only thing that popped up were these bladeforum threads about its nonexistance, and inaccurate and long build times. I have posted positive since joining, but not here because im stressed and feel swap rat could care less about there custumers both new and blindly loyal.

I read somwhere if you call busse about scrapers and rats or visaversa you will be denied service, is this not true? Ive tried to get answers but havnt got a response.Dude calm down why you so mad.
