Is Bugs3x OK?

I noticed that after Being very active on Bladeforums since joining, Bugs has not posted in almost 3 weeks. I sent him an email asking if he was OK and got nothing back. I know that he is not very healthy and hope he is OK. Does anyone know anything about what has happened to him?
 
You're right, Keith.

I do remember him saying he had health problems. Let's hope he is okay.
 
Keith you are a real friend to all on blade forms. I haven't hear from bugs for some time, will try a letter, maybe his computer is on the fritz.
 
He's from WA somewhere and I've done a deal with him way back but don't still have his information. However, if anyone has his phone # I'll call for a welfare check as it might be cheaper from here. I understand the privacy thing but... I know I had all that info when we were trading/buying/selling but just don't have it now. Otherwise, let's hope he posts in here and lets us all know.

I dealt with Dave once; really nice guy. And yes, he did mention about his health problem.

I'm in Thailand, certainly won't be good to international call from the office.

I censored the phone number ... I don't know how he'd feel about having his phone number posted, likely he wouldn't mind at all, but I'd rather be on the safe side.

Might wanna edit that out and e-mail it to Shawn. Not that I'd worry about any BF guys, but it'd make things easier for the occasional troll. Perhaps I'm just being paranoid.
 
Talked to Dave ont he phone this morning. Healthwise Dave is doing okay. But he sounds like he could use a little encouragement to get back on the forums. I think the events of the past month have really gotten him down.

Dave if you're reading this, you've already taken the first step to getting back on. Now you just have to hit the "post reply."

That was my bad... Sorry Santi, I should have specified email. Mitch beat me too it. Good deal he's doing okay!

One thing I've been doing is playing a lot more games and things with my kids and definitely doing more 'family time' stuff since all this recent horror so hopefully, Bugs, you'll find something to help keep your spirit up. I know I always looked to your posts for good information and content and they are definitely missed. Take the time you need and when you feel comfortable start easing back in. BFC misses you here!

Guys, in case you can't tell, I like Bugsy alot and consider him my friend. What you may not know because he has only mentioned it once or twice in certain posts, Dave is a decorated combat veteran of the Viet Nam war. While he would never say so, I can tell you from private conversations that he saw much intense combat and is in my opinion, one of America's war heroes, even though they weren't treated as such back then. I've noticed that this attack at WTC has really affected a few of my buddies who were in Nam and may or may not have PTSD.
Dave, if you're reading this, please come back when you can. You are missed.

Dave, it's great to hear that you are getting by. I hope you will feel like coming back to the forums soon, but even if it takes a while, you come back and see us some time ya hear.
