Alright Bugs!!!!!:cool: Way to get yourself started.You don't have to start back on the forums by jumping in with both feet,just try and leave us a message once in a while to let us know how you are doing.
I believe that you would feel better if you would turn off the tv and turn on the computer,you can always turn on the radio at the same time and they will keep you updated as to anything new that is happening.It is worth a try.
Sorry to here about your Uncle and Friend.Things will get better,Just like everybody told me this summer when I had a case of Depression hit me.
Now look at me,I am kicking some major steel butt out in the shop and spending more time making knives per day now than I have in a year.

It's great to hear from you Dave. Just having you post here means the world to me. I was (and am) really concerned for you. I just wanted you to know that there are a lot of people on this forum that enjoy your company.

As you probably well remember, I am one of the ones that wondered why you posted so often on Bladeforums. You emailed me and were as straight up with me as you just were with everybody. Lifter also emailed to fill me in a little and to re-inforce my own belief that I had been a bit of a jerk for mentioning your frequent posting. After what you told me you wouldn't believe how stupid I felt.

Since then I have spent time enjoying your posts, and when I hadn't seen anything from you in such a long time I felt it neccessary to find out how you were doing. When I looked at your profile and noticed that you hadn't posted since 9-11 it should have clicked. It didn't. All I knew was that you hadn't posted in over two weeks, and that worried me.

Anyway, I am glad you're back. I hope to see more from you in the near future.

Bugs, Great to hear ya. OK, lets let it all hang out Bugs me boy. I was shot and critically injured in a SWAT call. I have undergone 41 surgeries and at age 45, with 24 years on the job, the final ten as Chief of a 17 man Police Department, I was FORCED ( medical and Political) into disability retirement. I suffer 24/7 from severe chronic nerve and muscular pain from taking three hits from a 30-.06. I have and battle PTSD every day of my life. I have a condition that will never heal, a Son in College two others under 16 and the GREATEST wife in the world. Life sucks on Monday, GREAT on Tuesday. Yeah, sure COPE with it, take drugs, see Doctors, shrinks, talk it out. But the one constant is FRIENDS. Most of my "friends" are on the NET. I have NEVER met them, yet I can "talk" to them if I need to. They NEVER allow me to slip into that hole and hide in MY special cave. Man YOU have that RIGHT HERE!!!!! God Bless ya Bugs, these guys REALLY care about you, for you and your well-being. That DEFINES a GOOD FRIEND......Wolf;)

Well Bugs, It looks like some terrorist butt is being kicked. I hope that all the good guys come home and that we get Bin Laden and all those that support him.

I have a feeling that you are back in front of the TV again watching all this and that we won't hear from you for a while. Hope you feel a whole lot better when this campaign in done.:)

I talked to Bugs tonight.He said tha he has been going back a couple of weeks and getting caught up on all the forums that he hangs out in,he said that hehasn't been posting any replies yet but he is here.He also said that he had 2000 emails when he finally went and checked them,and so it will take hiom awhile to get back to some of us since he has started at teh top and has been checking them also.He has had a bad headache for the past 13 days he said so he isn't doing much of anything but setting around as his head doesnt hurt then.

Nothing from Bugs in the last two months. He seems to have decided not to take part here anymore. It might have something to do with the fact that he owes someone on this forum for a transaction that he did and he seems unwilling to make any effort to contact this person.
