I don't know if it helps listing my background for my previous post, but my mother is a retired pharmacist who supervised the inpatient pharmacy of two hospitals (at the same time) in the Chicago area for decades, my cousin is an MD, I am a Physiologist with two years of training in cardiovascular physiology, and I also discuss nutrition with my doctor, nutritionist (at my doctor's office), physical therapist (also at my doctors office), and a friend who was both pre-med with me in college, did research for his PhD in ailments and nutrition for Native Americans vs US citizens, and has a clinic for Chinese medicine and acupuncture for over 10 years.
IMO, eat well, live well, supplements are just supplements, and don't put all your energy in one area when other areas are lacking.
