Is it me or USPS track & confirm is down?

I have been unable to track a couple of expensive knives I have en route since yesterday afternoon. I keep getting a message from USPS saying "track & confirm is temporarily unavailable"...
Has anyone else experienced this problem?
 
The message is

"Due to system upgrades, the Track & Confirm application is temporarily unavailable.

We apologize for any inconvenience this might cause. "
 
Moved where it belongs.
 
Perhaps because it really doesn't have anything to do with knives? ;)

I can confirm the USPS tracking system has been down for a couple of days.

The question should be why was it posted in the general knife discussion forum when there are plenty of other sub-forums for discussion of things that are not knives. :rolleyes:
 
This thread DOES belong here and Yes, the system has been down for a few days..

Although, I have yet to check the system this morning thus far??

I checked this morning and it seems to be working.
 
;)This is starting to look like a GB&U thread after all. A couple more days like this and we'll move it to Whine & Cheese...
