Is Kershaw cooling?

I just ordered another display case that arrived today. She knows that's there and that I'm going to do some rearranging. What she doesn't know is that it's just added space for deliveries tomorrow and Friday. I've got a feeling I'm going to be in trouble when she figures out what in those boxes. 🤣 🤣 🤣

Maybe someone here can point me in the right direction for some other knives I'm looking for, too. None of them are kershaw but all of them are hard to find.

The CRKT Hiring with the M390 blade, any of the Benchmade Gold class crooked rivers, the BM Tengu flipper and tengu tool by Jared Oeser (not the gold class versions though, I already have those).
Lol, can’t help with those.

I just looked at the dividend. It's a nice looking knife and a little fancier than the leek. I'd really like to find another one with the same blade shape as the leek though. That blade shape is literally the best thing I've found for what I need it for. I work in the oilfield so I cut a lot of tape, rope, shrink wrap, cardboard, etc. A lot of it is small, precise cuts, too.
Taping the joints. You always need a knife in the oil field. Do you shrink wrap the joints after x-ray or do you use tape? On the pipe line?

Does anyone know if the magnacut leeks are going to be a limited run? I got the red and black handled ones but just noticed there are blue and black handles as well.

The Dividend is what knocked the Leek out of my pocket but I get what you mean about the blade shape.

There are other knives that get into that territory without being assisted. I guess a good question is exactly how much being a Wharncliffe matters versus just the fine point. Some recent knives I've handled that do both include the Trivisa Lynch in 14C28N and the Civivi Hadros in 10Cr15CoMov.

To be fair, the Benchmade Mediator knocked the Leek out if my pocket. That s90v blade just can't be beat with the edge retention and the things I put my knife through that would absolutely destroy a non stainless, softer blade. However, I really miss that wicked sharp point on the Leek. I'd really like to find someone willing to make a larger version of the Leek blade in a tougher material. That being said, I have 2 magnacut Leeks waiting on me when I get home so I'll see how those do! Really excited about opening that box. Lol

In terms of toughness, 14C28N is hard to beat. While nowhere near as tough, S90V is hard to beat on edge retention.

I'd like to see good manual replacements for classic Kershaw designs from Kershaw.
