Hell yeah kershawguy (Dave) is legit. He's the main Kershaw/ZT seller that everyone goes to (at least one of them). He's got the best prices of anyone.

Kershawguy rocks but everyone knows that.
As far as knifehog, they are good to go as well. I only purchased from them once and it got to my door in two days. Killer price at the time too, but I think they have gone up to be about on par with other online dealers price wise.

Indeed kershawguy.com is legitimate, and offers some of the best service around.
Knifehog is also good, I've ordered from them twice some time ago. I ordered, they shipped, that was pretty much it.
You should be fine with either of those options, but I'd wager that kershawguy would net you a better deal and better service should you have an issue.
