www.kingdomofsword.com

They have a sword I'm interested in for waaay cheaper than anyone else and... they have a 50% off coupon on top of that. You know what they say about if it's too good to be true.

Anyone actually bought a knife from these guys? It sounds like a scam.

Seems like a kind of cheap website. I'm not sure I would trust it, but then again I generally don't buy that type of stuff either. You might want to post this in the sword forum too. Some people there might be able to give you some input.

i think they are still in business via a combination of

A: constantly changing web address and business name.

B: people not doing some basic checking before ordering.

when you're ordering off the 'web, it's truly a case of Caveat Emptor.

If it's too good to be true, then it usually is... and in this case it's a scam to the nth degree apparently. Good on you for at least having the smarts to ask the question here first before sending off your order.

So... they used to be located at kingdomofswords.net but have changed their domain to kingdomofsword.com? I notice that their site is still titled as Kingdom of Swords.net. I guess that when fraud allegations were brought under the first domain, they just changed it slightly and moved.

I am glad I checked here before sending them money. I am surprised that Yahoo allows them to use their service for payment.

The FBI needs to get some teeth and go after these A-orifices.

Thanks for the warnings.

Mike
