Is my favorite knife, now a safe queen!? Use it or no?

It's used. Use it. It's already lost whatever collector value it had or would have.

My most favorite knife, my daily carry is the most expensive I have. Not the prettiest or nicest or rarest materials by far. But it's my favorite. It's a 1 of 1 and now it's bumped and dinged and banged and I wouldn't change it for the world.

Yeah definatly use it. When you think about how long a knife will last, and how short life can be, it really is a shame to have safe queens imo. Like most things that surround us, they are only material things that really dont matter in the large scheme of things, so why not use it. It only adds to the quality of life. Having a safe queen while on my death bed wouldnt bring me happiness.
Just my opinion of course.
Man that got deep quick:)

You never really know if a normal EDC knife going out of production is going to skyrocket in value. My main EDC more than doubled in price when KIA stopped production. Out of all my knives, it is the only knife that has jumped like that.

Buy yourself a second and put it in the safe. Use the snot out of one and keep the other as a back up. Chances are you will never loose the first because you have the second. As of yet, I have never lost or broken a knife when I own two. Keep using your knife. Enjoy it.

Why cut cans with that nice of a knife??? Seriously then think it's a safe queen??? Keep using it is my vote.

Keep using it just be careful how you use it! when its time to hack down a tree or cut loads of carpet use something else, just enjoy your favorite knife!

It is beyond used, and has no resale value, except to someone who wants to buy one to use. I agree with everyone else, keep using it.

This ... it's a user now.

Please don't be that guy that posts it lnib. Only cut one can lol jk

Who cares about what it's worth in five or ten years? You love it; USE it. Be grateful that you actually have a knife that you love...THAT is rare.
Don't let it get all dusty in a box at home. I speak from experience, and that's my opinion, but opinions vary.

Life is too short to keep something you like in a safe. Use & carry your most favorite knife everyday, it could be your last.
