Is O2W losing steam?

It is a money thing for me. If cash wasn't an issue, I'd buy three of each model, one each for the kitchen, garage, and of course let's not forget the bathroom.

All of them hanging from the wall like INFI wall paper. The thought makes me happy.

One day I will learn self control to sell knives that aren't my favorites, and use that $ to fund the quest to find new favorites. Yeah, sure I will.

You can only wish for HG55 so many weeks straight lol
The clues definitely get things more exciting
Hope this O2W keeps on going, but it woukd be nice for CS to open up soon.

I don't think so, think people are just probably getting out from winter hibernation though, getting outside, away from this evil thing called the Internet. Very much looking forward to what's coming every week even if think cant afford it. If it was a "pay up front" thing would have been out long ago, but I keep fooling myself that I'll be able to get the funds months down the road and it keeps me ordering.:D

Would be great if op2 keeps rolling for at least a full year. They have to be CRAZY busy though, so also thinking it could end at any time now.

Long live OP2W!!!!!!!!!!

Excitement remains quite high...
There is still plenty of money out there, and "guess" threads aren't any fun unless Jerry starts them off with a clue.
Fret not!

I'm not worried about it. As some HOGs tap out for whatever reason, other HOGs and wee piglets are waiting to step up to the trough. Things that don't appeal to me are almost certainly a favorite for others and so on... Plus I'm sure Jerry has plan to manage demand and their order book.

I took a long breather after the BGBJ, but just stepped back in for the 2G BME. I'm ready for them to keep coming. If it's "must have," the order will go in.

Definitely more selective spending.

Also there's only so often you want to type guesses regarding the next Wednesday blade. Thus the slowing down of the guess thread isn't a real measurement of O2W.

Also how fast blades sell out doesn't say much. These blades aren't made yet. If Jerry wanted they wouldn't sell out for months since he simply could make more.
Unless there is a same limited number for each model the time of the call for the last blades to be sold out doesn't tell us anything.

The grab bags made a dent.
Because now even if something desirable comes along, 'maybe it's in my grab bag anyways?' Kind of a good excuse to fight ones addiction even if the probability is low. Therefore from a business point of view maybe it's better to release the grab bags only at the end of O2W next time or at least ship them out as fast as possible so people see what they got and then know what they still have to buy from the following offers.

However if there's a folder, Seax, MOASS or Gladius or other surprise coming up in O2W nothings gonna stop us. Some want these as bad as I wanted the HUCK for example.
Am I right?
:-)

Ya, I look forward each week but I'm not guessing anymore. It's just to unpredictable.

O2W losing steam? . . . . Not so far. . . . At this point there is no slow down in sight my friends.

Ideally, we wouldn't run out of the allotted number of knife blanks per model until Wednesday afternoon. Every time we run out before Wednesday means that we are losing sales because of poor predictions of projected demand for a particular model. In spite of increased numbers being allotted, we keep coming up short.

You HOGs are an unpredictable bunch!!!:D

So far, I believe we have only come close to being right once!

Wait until you see what is next!!!!:eek::eek::D

Agree on the Basic 13, Not necessarily the end of O2W, time to give those who have waited so long their wish-I personally could care less if the Basic 13 was offered, I would prefer more Satin Infi, But a lot of People have requested this Blade for years-May be time to Feed those loyal and dedicated HOGS! It would appear that funds are not an issue as the offerings keep selling out! My guess is their might be a break for Blade. Would also guess if the Basic 13 was offered it would sell out in record time!!
This is the week for the Bazic-13. And then it's a wrap.

Good to know Jerry.

While I have limited resources right now, I really look forward to Wednesdays. I have enough money for a knife here and there but need to be pretty selective. It is always hard seeing one that I like but wondering if I should pull the trigger when the next offering may be something I like better but won’t have the money for it.

I am brand new to busses and since mid February have bought 3 and I love o2w and in checking out some old models have a few in mind I'd like to come up like maybe a tank buster - the one with the choil

I love this, what other brand makes Toughest knives in the, and the Boss him self chimes in to clear things up and what not.
I think Theres still plenty of steam, just like others said, people being more selective, i know i am, but if its some i got to have like CS WTF than ill make it happen.
I dont really get people worrying about getting a blade that they already own in the Grab Bag, personally I Love having multiples of different Combos/variants of same Blade...

Tank Buster, with at least a small choil, would be awesome!

See...? No reason to be alarmed. Only reasons to be EXCITED!!

I can't wait to see what we get this week.

Hey Boss,
Any way you can Clarify for Us if Mystery Bags will follow order, just like the knives, and will ship out when their turn comes ?
Or is there an exception, and they will ship at the end of Operation 2 Weeks or something ?
I cant remember if it said # of weeks till shipment when I ordered it.
Please & Thank U

I would disagree about your statement regarding how fast a blade sells out-If I remember correctly Jerry said a certain amount of Blanks were made, and when they are gone, they are gone-see recent statement by Busse on this thread

Thanks Tommy, I also read that in Jerry's last post.
Cool how they plan on a number and it's always short. All of us craving piggies on the trough.
