Is SurviveKnives still functioning ??

Hi All,

1st post, from Australia.

I will be grateful if anyone knows if the "SurviveKnives" company is still operating ?

I purchased 2 knives online towards the end of 2023 and have received nothing. They accepted the contracts and took my money and then subsequently blew me off. They have not replied to many respectful emails seeking an update, explanation or an opportunity to refund my money.

Their knives looked very well made but they appear to have unlawfully taken my money and provided nothing in return.

I will be grateful for any advice as the status as I continue to reach out to them and receive nothing in return.

Long story short, you're screwed.
 
guy, the owner operator, shut down and ran away with folks money, and without delivering or making their knives. this goes back a long way.....close to a decade I think...maybe longer he's been doing this to people.

sorry you got taken too. there is a long long list of folks who got their money taken and didn't get their product. not much you can do but a personal lawsuit on guy. it won't be cheap and will cost many times more than you got taken from you. also, there isn't much you can do after a judgement to make someone actually pay. if they know how to manipulate the systems.

On the plus side the guy that ran it took off to climb Mount Everest or some other foolhardy thing with an unreliable outcome that we might get to laugh about later.
 
They got me for one too. I should have known better. I thought maybe they finally got their crap together, but they crashed and burned. The sad part was it looked like they had tons of knives, handles, sheaths, and just never put em together.

Hi mate, thanks. Yeah I've been researching online this morning. Have found plenty of dissatisfied people with similar stories. There are clear integrity issues with this company. I regret paying them. If they are this shoddy in business I have every confidence their knives will be of a questionable standard.

Will do.

I've been buying knives online for decades. This is the first time I've interacted with a company that is so dodgy, I didn't expect such shit business practices from a knife maker.

I don't have any of their knives.
*But from what people say around here that the knives are actually pretty good....just that the company SUCKS, and they are thieves.

Like others have said, there are a bunch of great makers Here. Look in the for sale area

A good rule of thumb is....don't give people money ahead of time.....(Months ahead of time)
