Well I guess I struck a nerve in you. I stated in my earlier post that I was not being a smart-alik, I was just stating the obvious. I can't help but feel a little attacked by your reply to it.

These people need to grow thicker skin? These are the same people causing problems all over this country? There is nothing wrong with these people. So these people do not want to look at perverted or suggestive pictures, or read something that is perverted or suggestive. Your saying that these people are the wrong ones? Look at how things were when the majority of people held these "wrong" opinions. I'm not saying it was perfect but things were a lot better/safer.

And if they were offended they are definitely not Hogs? What is this suppose to mean? This statement of yours sounds like something that would be said on a playground.

I didn't fail to realize anything. I stated in my earlier post that you can post these types of things in other sites. I apologize if my statement was too vague.

I have nothing against you Cobalt. I was just stating how some people might feel about certain content. And you stated how these people are wrong for feeling that way, that they are wrong for not liking or agreeing with the way someone else feels about something. I can't help but see your thoughts as a bit hipocritical.

I believe the forum that you were relating to was from the Good, Bad, And Ugly about an alleged sub standard Strider folder. It quickly deteriorated into nothing more then page after page of vicious name calling and insults. The overall sentiment had been carried over from other forums outside this site. But you already know this. That thread deteriorated so badly the following was posted by its' moderator

"Gentlebeings, this website has a rule against personal attacks. We allow a little slack here on TGB&U, for obvious reasons, but when people who are not involved in a transaction make personal attacks on other people who are not involved either that doesn't help bring out the facts."

I would be greatly dissapointed to see any portion of that carried over to this forum. I'm all for good natured fun, but that thread got vicious. :eek:
 
You saw a gif, A CARTOON, of a baby pulling his diper down and mooning you, and another gif of a smily CARTOON face givng the bird and it offended both of you. :eek: even though the context was friendly not an aggressive one as in that thread mentioned above.

A cop stops a man for running a stop sign and the subject gives the cop a lot of grief explaining that he did stop.

After several minutes, the cop explained to the gentleman that he didn't stop, he just slowed down a little.

The gentleman said 'Stop or slow down, what's the difference?'.

The cop pulled the guy out of the car and hit him with a nightstick for about a minute and then said, 'Would you like for me to stop or just slow down?'
