I Pre-ordered my ZT0561 from them in October, It came in last week.
No problems, They shipped on Monday and I received it on Wednesday.
Excellent customer service.

I bought my gayle bradley from them and I have no complaints with the transaction. They recently changed their site to accommodate mobile users. I primarily use my phone to surf the net and the site isn't mobile friendly. If you switch to the full site, it takes you back to the mobile right away. Maybe they will revise it.

I like their selection. They seem have more stock in the manufacturers I am interested in. Highly recommend if you are browsing on a PC.

As for the company, I like them a lot; their selection is great.....But their prices confuse me.

Sometimes they beat amazon by as much as $15 but on other knives they are $70 more. On top of this they will not price match, or even lower them a little to be competitive. I don't feel entitled to this privilege, but I'm about an hour from them so I'd prefer to give my money to a local business, even if it costs slightly more, than a dude who is already a billionaire. So if I were to warn you about anything, it would be just to check the prices before you click submit order.

My #1 source for new knives. Never had a problem. Prices are usually good. If I have any gripes it is that they seem to sell more pre-orders than they can deliver.
