Is the Sebenza the best folder that money can buy?

This subject will EVENTUALLY merit a sticky that contains all the related threads.

Absolutely NOT. BTW, You are talking about 4 knives here, not just one.
The sebenza is a great knife, perhaps even the best production knife available, but I think almost everyone would want to tweak something one way or the other. We're humans, that means we're never 100% happy with anything.
.
And do a search

It is without a doubt the best folder for generating threads that have been posted countless times.

Always interesting to hear or see the term "best" used in a discusssion of any sort......
Best for what purpose......
Best by whose standards......

IMHO there is no "correct" or "right" answer......only the invitation to partake in an endless semantical discussion.......

Anybody call the beer concession yet???:D

It is the BEST large production folder that was ever sold by Chris Reeve and Co.
And I mean that whole-heartedly.

It is a very well engineered folder. Best is very subjective. To the guys that love them I'm sure it is. Personally I would choose other than a frame or liner lock for 'best' category.

If Chris had a license agreement to use the axis lock now that would probably move the bar up a notch for me personally, but actually if he offered it in a heavy lock back version that would be very appealing also.

Best ? some folks prerfer Miracle Whip , sane folks prefer Best Foods Mayonaise.

"Best" as in "best knife to post a thread about that is a repeat of countless others in order to give the ol' beehive another good solid <thwack> with a broomhandle"? Then yes I guess its the best.

I'm not accusing anyone of trolling, but seriously, there are so many other threads like this.

Short of a more expensive custom, yes.

Well that and seeing as how the Busse folder hasn't made an apperance yet ...

It's the only folder I own, so I guess it's ok.
