You'd do better to find an authorized dealer on ebay and ask if they would ship to your country.
The BladeForums.com 2024 Traditional Knife is available! Price is $250 ea (shipped within CONUS).
Order here: https://www.bladeforums.com/help/2024-traditional/
For a moment I wanted to ask if knife laws are that atrict in China, then I remembered which country we're talking aboutI believe its because of their knife laws
The introduced dealer by wholesaler cannot be found from Spyderco official website anyway.Haha, when I asked you that question I thought the answer would be Russia or someplace Africa ^^
Weird though, isn't it, Spyderco has a manufacturing plant in China, yet no authorized dealers there?
Hi Dextar,
You really have to be careful. The "bad guys" have it down. They have numerous websites and "bad guy" dealers everywhere. And they are not all Chinese. Lots of American "bad guys" also, I'm embarrassed to say. Probably more bad guys than good guys.
We met with the house of reps in DC many years ago with other US companies trying to fight the crooks. Nothing happened. This is a global problem. easy to see why many in the US won't purchase Chinese products. Too many speak with "forked tongue".
I'm sure the folks here and on our site forum can recommend honest sources. I can't, not proper, but there are quite a few.

Most counterfeiters rarely show a lock in the pic or description, I’m guessing it has to do with Chinese knife laws but I’m not 100% sure. If you check the known counterfeit sites you’ll see what I mean.
That definitely looks legit to meUpdate:
I went to a physcial shop for Buck 110, and the dealer mentioned one of the online shop I wanted to place order is trustworthy.
Then I placed order and get one.
I wanted to say this reply is smart enough.
At least from what I get, it looks genuine.

Hi Dextar. It’s interesting that all the pictures either “just miss out” the lock release or that area gets obscured with a finger. The rest of the knife looks legit though, particularly the jimping, lettering & crispness of the FRN scales. Do update when you actually receive the actual knife.Update:

But I should see it in physical, coz it feels really small at the time handle it. (Before this, for Spderco, I only have Para 2)
Hi sv4, the images in your quoted replies are the actual one.Hi Dextar. It’s interesting that all the pictures either “just miss out” the lock release or that area gets obscured with a finger. By the way, there is a shop named “Cobra International Ltd” in Hong Kong that I have personally visited & purchased from during my previous visits to HK. They sell authentic Spydercos, and on my visits I managed to even get some rare/discontinued models too (though their online website only shows a small selection of pretty standard models). I’m not sure if they will mail into China though, you might want to try contacting them.
The Dragonfly is meant to be a very lightweight knife. However, it is still very functional. Yours looks real to me as well. Enjoy!Update:

At the time I use Para 2, easy single hand opening is really friendly. The Dragonfly is meant to be a very lightweight knife. However, it is still very functional. Yours looks real to me as well. Enjoy!
Interesting indeed. I hope it's real. Keep us posted.Hi Dextar. It’s interesting that all the pictures either “just miss out” the lock release or that area gets obscured with a finger.
