Is there a multi-tool that has a screwdriver built-in for prescription glasses?

My Ti has one that works great but note that most leathermans have have it as well and some victorinox's

There must be large differences in eyeglass screws. While the little drivers on the Micra, PST and Supertool work very well, the bit driver supplied in the Charge are too small for mine. In fact, I have yet to run across any screw heads it fits. Maybe it is good for watch repair, but nothing I tinker with is that tiny.
