Any of these Kershaw knives might fit the bill. BTW, they are some of the sharpest "out of the box" knives I've ever owned!

Very cool. Thank you. I like that they offer natural handles. Will check to see if its still available. Thank you.Just browsing the AG Russell website I saw several that might interest you.
The AG Russell lockbacks
AG Russell lockback with fancy bolsters and quince burl
Paragon Interframe Folder (I have one of these, a tad over 3", but thin and very nice)
Lone Wolf Paul Knives
various Mcusta, Al Mar, and William Henry knives
I haven't checked the Santa Fe Stoneworks website in some time, but they used to have Spyderco knives customized with natural handle materials.
Good Hunting!

How about the boker helios with checkered Rosewood handle?
Have you looked into a small Sebenza? Or a Mnandi, like someone else suggested? Both excellent knives.
Oh man! That is nice. I think that may be it. Do you know by chance how thick the handle is?
The Knife Collector has it right , small Sebbie with inlays or Mnandi . They are structurally impecable . Queen Cutlery has some CoCobolo / D2 offerings that might please you . Price is attractive on the Queen stuff .

BTW , there is no ultimate / last knife ( unless you get struck by lightining )
I have also only seen those online with the plastic handles sir.
