It bothers me that the knife has no markings whatsoever, not even a ZT, or any names. Just a random made in usa sign. Also, pics of all the striders I've seen have flippers, and the handles contour more. I say no go.

umm its not a ZT knife. I think Strider had input on some of the ZT knives, but they are 2 different company's altogether.
That seller is also selling a NsN number Strider DB and as far as I know DB's have never need copied in china.
It does not look bad they only thing that stands out to me is the screw in the LBS
I don't think that they used 154 CM, But I know they have been putting out SMF's in CPM 154 as of late and they are marked CPM 154 on the blade
One way to spot a fake is that the logo and name will be stamped on the blade this one looks to be lazer etched or engraved like the real ones have.
