Is this counterfeit worth it?

Now its the community's fault for his shortcomings...typical. He's already made up his mind to buy the knife. He can leave and rejoin BF as "Jake-Mnz-a-Finger" or "Jak-eMz-off-with-palms".

There are plenty of products out of china that aren't knock offs or rip offs of someone's work. Don't let the door hit ya'.

Wow. That was.. Something. You see, I came here because I hadn't made up my mind and was looking for some intelligent insight, which this community drastically failed to provide. My mind is still undecided and I'd rather ask Yahoo Answers and have those illiterate shits answer this question rather than a bunch of annoying assholes who's "opinions" are explained and expressed like they're Der Fuehrer talking about the Jews.

You got intelligent insight- you just don't want to listen. Now kick rocks crybaby.

I tried to find a quote and sarcastically call it intelligent, but I found that copying and pasting almost every response was too much work, so I'll just quote you instead.

Just out of curiosity, what advice would you qualify as "intelligent insight" on this topic? You asked if you should buy it, everyone and their dog said no and gave reasons...which part was too complex for your undecided mind to grasp?

gave reasons

The two most elaborate reasons I got were, and I paraphrase for time, "I had a bad experience with these Chinese people!" and "You said you know it's bad! So let me just say that it's bad! I have no real opinions and I'm here to state the obvious!"

fnzeee, save your breath, man. I think Esav is about to flush the toilet anyway. This dude's just here looking for a little excitement at 2 am with Born to Lose tattooed on his forehead.

Actually, it's a swastika.

Don't buy it. You are not just spending $17 on a knife, you are spending $17 to support a company and a system that is dishonest, and destroying the hobby.

I had inexpensive knives made in China that are well made, quality materials, and sold for a reasonable price.

AG Russell has fantastic original designs produced in China for very low prices. These are quality controlled, made to his specs and out of the materials they actually claim to be made from.

Buying a knock off/fake assures that the product will not be what it claims. You are literally saying "I know this guy is a thief, and this company is run by thieves, and they are stealing from me and from the companies that actually designed the originals.............but I don't care...........I'm going to go ahead and give money to these dishonest, disreputable, deplorable thieves."

You are going to ignore this post, like the others, but you asked, so here it is.............no, not worth it.

Positive feed back does not mean anything if the thief selling the item is able to give him self all the positive feed back! A company lying on custom forms is a huge red flag as well.

This guy. This guy gets how to articulate an opinion into a well formed statement that is persuasive. Thanks buddy!

Thanks for proving my point that no one here read a single damn post :)

I already said I know Mantis is crap.

Mantis is way better than some $17 K/O. I'm not sure you can afford a mantis though.

If you can't afford a $100 knife, might need to explore new hobbies.

You created an account here just to come and ask about whether you should or shouldn't buy a knock-off?
Nobody here is gonna endorse you buying a fake knife, and honestly I doubt if anyone is going to make much effort to assist you in navigating the treacherous waters of these shady ass websites.

Whether or not I made this account to ask a question or not means nothing. I come here quite frequently, I've just never made an account because I've never had a question. Posts on a forum account to nothing in terms of knowledge, don't try acting all high and mighty because you have 465 posts. I'm looking for legitimate responses, not snarky and rude replies.

It's obvious from Rasco's and your posts, that Rasco knows more about knives that you. :D

Oh yeh, and check out my post count, I know way more than you. :D
