Is this Freek for real?

Really nice one, but at one per dealer, they might as well not be offering it at all. Still, I appreciate the use of M4--really hoping for more non S30V options from BM.
 
Benchmade did something cool and unusual for them here. Maybe this was a pilot run and we'll see more runs like this with more knives.
 
yea 350/400 on eBay... I got in touch with more than a few dealers and no luck. I love Benchmade but this 500 pcs edition sucks because I cant find any.
 
I walked into one of the largest Benchmade dealers in the PDX area on Sunday and there was one sitting on their display rack, priced at MAP. They're out there.
 
I received one on Saturday...I don't have any special connections or anything; I picked up the phone and started calling random dealers. It only took an hour or so.

Awesome knife too!

I bought the jade native 5 in M4 and I'm really regretting it. Woulda bought this over the spyderco any day of the week.
 
I was able to snag one at a good price. It took some serious effort though, and some luck!

One of the knife shops that I left my info with just called me back today. He had one come in. He said I get 1st dibs since I called first but that i would have to pay up! The price was 600$! He had someone else willing to pay the 600$! haha no thanks
 
I was in Broken Bow June 4 and we stopped by a Outdoor shop to get a one day fishing license and they had one in a display case that I thought was interesting, I had no idea it was such a limited production but they wanted $250 for it. It was a pretty good size knife
 
Found 3 so far. One was $300, one was MSRP, and the one I got was $180. So they are floating around.
 
I got one for $200. Had to call a couple dealers. 1 called BM and ordered for me.
