No. I fixed it at home. Didn't void the warranty or anything. I had noticed that the angle of the pivot was off center in relation to the angle of the scales, resulting in a gap in the washers against the scales. I figured the angel of the tang must be off, which it was. I disassembled the knife and put enough pressure to the inside of the ti, creating a bow and arrow affect. so that when I re assembled the knife, the pressure exerted compensated for the off center pivot and actually corrected or increased the angle of the tang reducing the amount that the lock moved over. No more gap in the washers. Its good to go now.
