Yeahhhhh, "sigh" I had 2 follow me home from ebay today too! The US Mail is terrible so it may be February before they arrive! Nice find!
May be February for me, too. It checked into the Rochester mail hub 15 days ago and has not emerged.

Miller 72, that is a sweet axe! What is the story behind it? From where did it follow you home?

Thank you!! The stories usually only come with the tag sale, yard sale, Clist pieces when I can speak with the owner or family member.
Auction wins are rare to come with a story but I have a couple that came with their history and origin.

Here's to yard sales and garage sales...when they come back!

Sorry, I was referring to your post. I have scored a prize or two but had to go to MANY yard and garage sales with old kitchen wear, kids toys and nick nacks to find the prizes.

Yeah, at least 9 of 10 yard sales are a complete bust. Rotten furniture and lightly soiled baby clothes. :(

You can usually tell with just a drive-by.

Edit to add: While most are a bust these are still your best bargains when you do find something decent.

Me either usually, this actually followed me home from the PO box ;)
I payed a pretty penny for it on Ebay, maybe too much but I had a specific need for the vise.
