iTrader help

I tried to use iTrader following the step-by-step in the following post, but the iTrader option does not appear in my User CP. Am I missing something?

First click on the Name of the individual that you want to leave feedback for, then view feedback, then leave feedback, Your feedback can be found by clicking your own name and viewing profile.
