OK, Dave is going to ignore my jesting about.
This is a knife I'm working on for him as his 100th.
Maybe I'll have it finished tomorrow and I can show the whole thing off...including the blade.

EDIT: Sorry forgot this place is loaded with Dave's....PlummerDave.

Oh man, I wasn't ignoring! I thought maybe you were working on another one and I took it serious. Then I took a nap. Still catching up from my big day yesterday. From 4 AM to Midnight makes a long, tiring day for this old geezer.

Buckeye! I don't believe I've ever seen any of that, can't wait to see the finshed product.

By the way. At the show yesterday, I was carrying the maple burl 111 and the smooth buff 701 you gave me. I showed them to the Anza dealer and he was very impressed He said "that man has talent!".

I kept seeing your ID showing present and accounted for.
Nap huh. Sometimes a good way to spend your Sunday afternoon esp. since LA doesn't have a football team that plays on Sunday.

The reason I picked the Buckeye was that it goes well with the blade. I tried to glue black liners but I wasn't happy with how well they stuck so off they came. Anyway that Buckeye will shade darker when polished on the buffer and look like dynamite against nickel silver bosters. Of course, then there's that matching blade. :)

Yeah, I just left the computer running and on the site.

Napping is one of my most highly developed skills. I've become quite the expert at it in the last couple of years! :D

That's going to be a beauty, can't wait to see the finished product.:thumbup:

Well its BG-42 if you must know but what's interesting is the finish.
Show you that when the knife is finished.
