I don't think I've ever seen a Case jack like yours before mate. What model is it? Is she vintage? Outstanding pair.

That is a Case Rope knife. The model is 11031SH and the tang stamp was used between 1940-1964.

Definitely, I am curious about ebony wood tho. Is it only gabon ebony that comes in that dark black? Ive seen darker definitely. the 15 clip tc in ebony passed me by but the ebony with end cap was darker than the original ancient.

Thanks, Charlie! Here’s another pair of TC’s. (I had to mix and match the pattern to get a spearpoint black & white. And the white is definitely an “off-white.” )

Here‘s a pair of WLSTs (both users, obviously). “Ebony and (unicorn) ivory, live together in perfect harmony…”
