Its not an axe...what do i do with it (Pic heavy)

Slip down to your local redi mix company. Chances are they will have a 55 gal. barrel of product for cleaning cured concrete off the trucks - they might slip you a quart or two.
 
I had seen a small axe head like the one above with the nail remover part at a local flea market. Didnt think it was worth buying since i had already bought two other axes that day and my wife was giving me that look lol.
