Resin Man, You didn't look that out of shape last year at knob creek? but thank goodness you went when you did. all of us guys as we get older hate the thought of something going wrong with us. I'm glad your ok, and got the ole Bungholeio fixed... my wife has been with the Take Shape for Life group and got me into it after I went to a conference in Fla. this summer, since I've been on it, I've gone from 214, the second week in July when I first started, this morning I was at 190. i've got 5 more lbs to go before I reach my goal weight.. It's nice to be able to bend over and tie my shoes without losing my breath, and put on my old 34/32 jeans I had 20 years ago... The Good Lord gave us one body, and I guess sometimes we have to take care of it..
Hope you get better, so we can chat at the Creek...
