Morning Thunder tea this morning. Since I am not allowed to have but very small amounts of coffee anymore, high octane tea is the answer for kickstarting the morning.

In regard to Saturday night, I always have my evening Earl Grey. I didn't pick up the habit until just a few years ago, but I have a feeling Star Trek may have had some influence on me.

Had my morning caffeine system overload this morning just before I went to the gym.

The gym, oh how I hate thee. But I hate the extra layer of fat even more. On a good note I've dropped 27lbs since October and dropped from a 44 to a 38 pant size.

I've also got friends back in Michigan who practically live on PBR and other similarly priced beers. I've never been very partial to PBR, in fact I've often wondered what they do to it to make it taste so bad. I guess filtering through homeless people's underwear could explain this...... maybe the underwears are taken from all the hobos in Detroit? But seriously, it's still not as bad as Natural Ice.....
