daizee: I was over at the redhook brewery last night and had "Nitro Porter"....asked the waitron what kinda flavor "Nitro" was and she said "it's like our version of Guiness"....and when she brought it out, I could see the "nitro"gen head.....yummy. I hafta say I hope the weather is more wintry for the Polar Grill Fest in a couple of weeks. It's January, and it should be snowing.

Might not...nitrogen bubbles from the tap, mighty hard to get in a bottle (that's why Guinness uses those little "rocket" thingys) ...but I bet they'll be serving it at the Polar Grill Fest! I had my last, leftover SNBC Flipside Red IPA this afternoon. That was really yummy, too. Not drinking for a couple of months has really helped me to appreciate beer even more.

Left Hand does a nitro bollting of their milk stout in a regular glass bottle. I'm not sure it doesn't anything for the beer, but I like it alright.
