Thanks it is 1084 Aldo 1/4 inch 1066vik gave it to me. 1084 isnt quite as good as 1095 but its super easy to heat treat on your own, plus the price was very low like free Thanks VIK

No forge yet. This was a chunk of flat steel I cut it out with a grinder and hacksaw and the shaping is on my Craftsman belt sander.
