Just get a 12. Same spear point but better handles, I hate busse handles. The RMD is not bad though, I am thinking of stripping and beating the hell out of mine and taking pics to make people cry.

thrill, that one you posted is the Badger Attack TAC (or BATAC). It's one of the Busses I've hung onto. I call it the "Modem Killer."

LOL! now I know why u were so cranky about my bashing the Basic-4's handles last night Cbear! ;) Long as YOU like it, that's what matters. It does look very slicey slicey! And I know you use your knives for different tasks then I do...I bet that thin elmax will work great for food prep.

Hay Biscuit, IS that Badger thing about same size OAL as the BK12? I have had my eye on the 12 ever since I borrowed Vic's at the Gathering. Would be a cheaper ''spear point fix'' then finding a Badger would be. And I bet I would like the handles better.
 
Yeah, they're pretty similar sizes. I can get a side-by-side if you give me a little time (day or two).
That "12" (technically the Ritter Mk2 Perseverance) is one of the most underrated Beckers, but it is sweet.

I think it's the pricepoint. If it was 70-80 bucks like the other large Beckers....it would sell better then most I think. I know I want one badly. Just a few more sheath sales :D

I would enjoy a side-by-side..but it's not necessary, if u get the time then by all means get us some Knife Pron but dont sweat it

speaking of, I have a couple of tweener nylon sheaths for sale if anyone needs one.

Picked this up at Blade....condor pack golok....this thing feels like a beast weighs damn near 2 pounds in 3/16ths..40 bucks with a decent leather sheath...and apparently they wont be released for another 6 weeks or so...i bought the last one...

Just think, how good it will feel to win, and get a lower number. Shame and disgust will probably be the dominating emotions in the aftermath, but I'm sure good will come along later. Prolly after the shower.
