IMO its the delica, it would have been the MIL, it just needs changeable pocket clip positions.

There are 3 Spyderco models that I regard as quintescential, flagship Spyders.

The C-36 Military
The Endura
and the Big Calypso model

Those 3 blades really define Spyderco as the super, high quality, production knife company that they have become.

In the Hawkbill category I would give the Harpy the honors.

I truly hope the Military model will be here for many years to come. In the future I do want to see it offered in a wide array of handle materials and I also think it's the ideal blade to use to introduce new blade steels with.

+1 for the D2 Millie! I totally agree you on that. The patina on that blade is awesome. About how long did it take for the blade to get that nice patina?
