Well, my neglected 2 dot 110 made it to Post Falls today according to the USPS tracking #. I see some of you refer to this kind of situation as a "spa treatment" but I think "rehab" is closer to the truth in this case.
 
Thank You Joe Houser!!!This is going to sound like total B.S. but it's true: I found this 110 in my mailbox after coming home from Bass Pro Shops where I had just purchased a Chairman's series Buck 303 Cadet.

No one can reasonably doubt Buck's commitment to customer service. I am so grateful, thanks again Mr. Houser & Buck!

I'm calling about my 112 that is loose on lock. I'd love to get it fixed right.
 
I have sent in a 112 for a reblade and spa treatment and I hope it looks that good when it comes back.
 
I must say that the Buck 110 is my favorite knife to work with and Buck (Joe) did a absolutly great job on that relic.....

+1 :thumbup: I've got a two-dot 110 also ..... I think I'll call Buck on Monday to find out the procedure and cost for a spa treatment, but in the meantime can anyone give me an idea of the cost? Do they have a standardized "polish & sharpen" package they offer? Thanks!

Coyote, When you get the call about the price you will be shocked. Hard to believe they can do so much at such a low price. You will be singing praise of Buck service after the call. Folks that I work with are waiting for my 112 to come back so they can see it.
 
I have always been pleased with the refurbishing jobs Buck has done on my old knives.
