Izula folder

From what I have gathered on their forum they are simply try to find somene to make it at this point as the Rowen shop that makes the fixed blades isnt set up to do a D2 folder. I can safely say once this is released it will be my only pocket knife.

i know i would like to give one a try... im hoping they are priced for the working man.

I would buy one of those in a second. That is a great looking knife and I don'[t question esee quality!

Nice is all I have to say!
;)

Wow that is soo cool I saved the picture. This is a knife that deserves some extra lock like the roto lock or ER stop pin.
- The Lionsteel ESEE prototype had exactly that. Unfortunately, Lionsteel said that they didn't have the capacity to produce it.

I'm still one of the ones waiting

I wouldn't hold your breath on this knife. Its been on their site for almost 4 years now. I hope it happens someday soon, but I doubt it will.

I really find it hard to believe that ESEE can't find an American knife maker/knife company to produce this knife with all the great American companies out there plus all the custom makers.

Im sure they could find someone to make it but the harder part is making it to the demanding ESEE standards and the price they market there outstanding products at.

ESEE fans surely realize that folder SHOULD have a higher price tag on it tho...right?
that was the first thing that came to mind, it obviously isnt gonna cost me the same as a fixed blade Izula

I've been waiting for that baby too. I'm actually on a pre-order list to get it when it comes out later this year...supposedly.

I'm skipping the pre-order list.

I figure that there will be a huge rush at first, and after a month or so, the disappointed will begin selling their Izula folders off.

That will be the time to buy.

We've waited this long, why not be smart about it?
