  • Today marks the 24th anniversary of 9/11. I pray that this nation does not forget the loss of lives from this horrible event. Yesterday conservative commentator Charlie Kirk was murdered, and I worry about what is to come. Please love one another and your family in these trying times - Spark

J had one of those mornings......

All I can say is I'm glad that you're okay. To hell with everything else. It could have been so much worse.

I hate when that happens, I'm glad your OK.

Now I need to go buy a pack of smokes to add to my pocket kit.:D

Glad you're ok Jake. Look at the bright side - one more truck to shoot holes in

Sure makes Mentor's morning look like a walk in the park!

If there was ever any doubt in my mind about would I rather carry a folder or a fixed blade in my pocket, you have removed it!

Get well, soon, bro.

Doc

One scary thing is I had my Gossman PSK in my pocket in a Kydex sheath, and when I hit, the blade went through the bottom of the sheath and stuck in my cigarette pack, stopping it from going into my thigh... Crazy....

Dude, smoking may have SAVED your life.

Anyway, glad to hear you're ok, hope everything works itself out. Funny that it was your ambulance though.

wish you a speedy recovery man.

that knife going into your leg woulda been one nasty cut. coulda done more damage if you wore it as a necker

get well soon.

Ouch Jake....sorry to hear that. I'm glad that you are OK, it could have been much worse.

I look forward to seeing the "How to do bodywork with a knife" thread. :D

Man someone upstairs loves you. Glad your ok and I hope for a speedy recovery.

Hey J, send me an email and we will get that sheath fixed for you. If it's kydex, I will get Ray to help me. Glad you made it through....
Mark

Jake glad to hear you made out ok in that situation. You were lucky that PSK didn't stick you. I'll make you a new sheath and send it your way.

Your good man Scott!

Hope I didn't barge in. Met Jake before and he's a good guy, I'm not much on bodywork, just wanted to help him out...

I appreciate that Mark. I'm in the process of making a PSK knife for someone so I have one to mold the sheath from.

Crazy times and crazy weather for lots of us right now.

Glad you’re OK my friend.

Damn Jake:eek:

Well I am glad you are able to type this thread for us. Hopefully next time you have icy conditions you are not driving 70mph dumbass :grumpy: (you know I am saying that cause I give a damn about you)

But hey if you do decide to drive fast in crappy conditions I call dibs on the knife collection and your gear:p

Second behind Tony for your Gear.:D

Just kidding Man. Good luck getting back on track. I am still driving my old 78 Wagoneer for knock around work. Gotta save on my New 95 4x4.
