Yes it was a WM exclusive. An oddball I also have is a WM China made 303 wood. You can't go wrong with a 303!I think I have one like that (if I didn't trade it, I'll have to check)
Do you happen to know if those were an exclusive production for a store? Maybe Walmart or SMKW?

Yeah , weird I know... a couple more pics ..I thought so, but wasn't sure.
If it's a 303 Cadet, that should mean American made. The China made ones are marked 373, and called Trio. Unless WM talked Buck into changing their numbering system just for this exclusive. It's possible, I suppose; I'm not an expert.
Interesting. Every time I think I know something, I find an exception.
Yeah, very interesting stuff.Interesting. Every time I think I know something, I find an exception.
Nice knives either way.
A super old knife Jack. This Tuesday, my scrambling hand landed on this vintage Lino Knife, made in Sheffield for James Williamson & Son. A shame some nugget ran a Dremel along the blade

I bought this one from my late friend Bob aka BigBiscuit. It's a Queen City Copperhead, 1 of 100 SFO, 1095 blade and Rosewood handles.

Thank you Jack. I've got several knives that came from Bob. Some were gifts and others came as trades and purchases. Thanks Ron, advertising is always a plus for meI'd clean up the Dremel-scarred blade, but don't want to lose the etch
Handsome knife my friend, and a nice memento![]()

Paul, that looks to me like it might be a 'parts knife' (though it may be an 'official' using of parts under Eggington). Could you take a close-up of the IXL tang-stamp please, and let me know how big the knife is please?![]()
