Jack's Random Tuesday Carry

Yes it was a WM exclusive. An oddball I also have is a WM China made 303 wood.

I thought so, but wasn't sure. :cool::thumbsup:
If it's a 303 Cadet, that should mean American made. The China made ones are marked 373, and called Trio. Unless WM talked Buck into changing their numbering system just for this exclusive. :confused: It's possible, I suppose; I'm not an expert.

My fumbling hand randomly fell on this Kent Fish Knife today, a very thoughtful gift from r8shell r8shell , who has sent me knives from many old US cutlery firms, which I might not otherwise have had in my collection :) Thanks Rachel :thumbsup:

A super old knife Jack. :thumbsup: A great touch adding the advertisement! :cool: :)

Thanks Ron, advertising is always a plus for me :) I'd clean up the Dremel-scarred blade, but don't want to lose the etch :thumbsup:

I bought this one from my late friend Bob aka BigBiscuit. It's a Queen City Copperhead, 1 of 100 SFO, 1095 blade and Rosewood handles. :)

Handsome knife my friend, and a nice memento :) :thumbsup:

Thank you Jack. I've got several knives that came from Bob. Some were gifts and others came as trades and purchases. :) I fully understand about the etch Jack. That alone adds significantly to the knife. :) :thumbsup:

Good evening, Jack - you've featured a Wostenholm Stockman in this section and I guess you could possibly kindly confirm is this is one too, though a single blade variety....?

Apologies - I know zilch about these :rolleyes: Did some Google-fu.........drew a blank though

Paul, that looks to me like it might be a 'parts knife' (though it may be an 'official' using of parts under Eggington). Could you take a close-up of the IXL tang-stamp please, and let me know how big the knife is please? :thumbsup:
