Thats true. Thats why some people shoot some pistols better than others even though one might be more accurate. Yet when the statement is made that X pistol is more accurate than Y pistol there really isn't any other way to determine this than to remove the human factor and use a rest.
In absolute terms, I'd say you are correct. I'm just not sure that the term "accuracy", as defined by a Ransom Rest, has a great deal of significance when discussing these types of ultra-compact, easily concealable hand guns. That's why I think there's a real benefit in these situations - a benefit that borders on necessity - to use the more descriptive and/or specific terms that have been mentioned here such as mechanical accuracy versus practical accuracy.
